How do the panels arrive?
Each box contains two panels. These panels will join next to each other seamlessly with no join line showing.
How long will it take to receive my wall panelling order?
Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours of being placed, anywhere in the UAE.
Is there a delivery charge?
No - we offer free express shipping across the UAE on all orders.
How do I install the panels?
Panels can be screwed or glued directly to the wall using appropriate fixings. For enhanced acoustic performance, we recommend screwing them into wooden battens. When installing on ceilings, panels should be screwed directly into ceiling joists.
Which surfaces can I install the panels on?
You can mount the panels on all surfaces including brick, concrete and plasterboard.
Can I cut the panels to size?
Yes, our panels can be cut to fit using standard woodworking tools. We recommend measuring carefully and using a fine-tooth saw for a clean finish.
Are the panels acoustic?
Yes, many of our panels offer sound absorption benefits, helping reduce echo and improve acoustic comfort. For enhanced results, install over battens with acoustic insulation behind.
Do the panels require any maintenance?
Panels are low maintenance. A soft, dry cloth or gentle vacuuming is usually all that’s needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives.
